  • After it is all golden and fragrant, the organic fresh meat is added and stirfryed until it is perfectly cooked.
  • At this point, the Lebanese spices & the imported Zaatar from Lebanon is added to the mix.
  • Then the orgnic fresh tomatoes are grated on top and stirfried alongside the meat, onions and garlic.
  • After that, water & tomato paste is added to the pot and mixed very well.
  • As we wait for it all to boil, pasta is cooked and prepared on the side.
  • Once it boils, the pasta is added and everything is stirred together.
  • As the desired consistency is achieved. The meal is done.
  • A small piece of mint is added on the top for the smell and decoration.
  • Served warm with a side of cold, fresh Yola's Cabbage & tomato salad, this salad has been the perfect pairing for the Lebanese Maakaroni for centuries now.
