Chicken & Rice + Salad

A traditional Lebanese meal that is made in almost every house when there is a celebration or a holiday.
A bed of basmati rice and prime high quality ground beef that is cooked with olive oil and lebanese spices until the rice and beef form a delicious bond.
Atop is a layer of organic, free range chicken, that is cooked with bay leaves and special spices untillit is perfectly tender and moist.
Then a layer of organic raw cashews and raw almonds that are stirfried in lebanese olive oil until they are golden and crispy.
A side of lebanese salad is needed for this meal to be absolutly perfect, a medly of greens and tomatoes douced in Yola's traditional salad dressing which is equally delicious and healthy.
